Petit Green Baby offers free ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States, provided the total cost of goods purchased is greater than $99.

Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $8.95 for ground shipping within the continental United States. Most items will arrive in 5-9 business days (excluding holidays). Items with longer lead times are noted on the product pages of this web site. Products must be ordered before 1:30 pm to receive same day shipping.

In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by phone or email. If you order multiple items, they may arrive at different times.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from Petit Green Baby. You may return most items you purchase from us within 30 days, with an original receipt, for a full refund a 15% restocking fee may apply. Please call Customer Service at 1-877-840-0544 before returning any merchandise to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

All returned items must be unused and unassembled, in original condition and in the original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and blank warranty cards. Clothing items must not have been worn, altered or washed, and all tags must be attached. CDs must not be unsealed.

Any items purchased on sale are final and are not returnable. No refunds or credits are available for sale items.

Breast pumps, bottles and other feeding equipment are not returnable. Bath and body products, including soaps, shampoos, body creams and hair brushes, are not returnable after they have been opened. Items that are made to order are not returnable for any reason other than defect.

If the return is not due to damaged merchandise or an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For items that were shipped via freight service, including most furniture items, we will deduct the amount we paid to ship the items to you from your refund.
